What does this mean?

In order to maximise the chances of an audiocassette recording of your session actually reaching you by post, I do the following:

1. Make a copy of the recording of your reading before packing it up to send you

2. Send it 'Special Delivery Next Day' (UK only - £4.95) or 'International Signed For' - cost varies).

3. If it doesn't arrive, and you need me to send the copy, the replacement fee will be £10.00 (UK), to cover the extra administration and postage involved.

4. If the 2nd sending doesn't arrive, we attribute it to 'Divine Intervention'.!
